During an airport pickup, one of our representatives will be waiting for you at the exit holding a sign with your name.

During a Hotel pickup (meet&greet), one of our representatives will be waiting for you at the reception.

During car pickup, driver should have a valid EU driving licence, a passport as well as a Credit Card.

For car groups A,B,C drivers must be over 23 years old and must have a valid driving license held for at least one year.

For all other groups drivers must be over 25 years old and must have a valid driving license held for at least two years.

The driver must hold a driving license issued from the European Union, or an International driving license. In a case the driver's licence do not meet the above requirements  at the collection time the customer will charged the one day cost.

During the booking process we ask you to fill in your flight number so that our representative will wait for you in case of delay. If your flight is canceled you must notify us by phone or by e-mail for the new arrival time.

We would like to inform you that they are no refunds for delayed or canceled flights.

The car is fully insured but there is an excess amount which is set to the driver.

The maximum guarantee amount is indicated in the terms and conditions section during the car pickup process.

Accepted credit cards are Master card and Visa. Payments are done via PayPal.

Payments are done via Credit Card. There are two payment options. You are able to pay a small deposit and the rest on arrival to the station, or you can choose to pay the whole amount with discount.
